Primarily sensitive women, struggling with low energy, high stress levels,
and impaired sleep.

And it is just that, by the way....a journey. Healing and growing are not destinations, but a constant evolution where we learn to be kinder to ourselves, listen to our bodies more attentively, and practice more compassion for ourselves.


It's not about arriving somewhere, because life isn't perfect and neither are we! But IT IS about cultivating practices (like proper nutrition, movement, & mindfulness) that keep us anchored in our intentions for radiant health - in mind, body, and spirit.

How Do I Help?

My work is HOLISTIC, which means I work with the WHOLE person - mind, body, and spirit. We will create an individualized nutrition and lifestyle plan to help you achieve your goals, which may include (but are not limited to):

  • increase energy & vitality

  • improve sleep

  • balance mood 

  • reduce pain & inflammation

  • improve life balance

  • learn to make intuitive choices for your body & life
